we have arrived in Dubai with a booking through Barrhead Travel. The hotel booking has an error, with the hotel booking stating that we check out on the 21st February but, our flights are booked to return the 22nd February.
i have emailed the ticket department and got no response but, also phoned their after care team today and got no answer after ringing for three minutes. No I can’t get through at all?
my booking references is 26024144. Really poor service as even the hotel will not help?
Any suggestions as we don’t have a room for the Thursday night?
I booked and paid deposit for cruise, Today, Saturday about e o’clock. Operator said I should have my dashboard details within half an hour or so. Saturday night and still nothing from barrhead. My cruise is showing in my royal Caribbean account but don’t have dashboard details from Barrhead travel yet
