  1. Destination/Cruise Ship: Celebrity Silhouette Overview: Silhouette was everything I expected a Solstice Class ship to be. It was chic, modern, luxurious and ever so grand. Things to see: The Lawn Club was what I was most excited to see. This fantastic area is so perfect for relaxing in the sun and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to enjoy a drink. With real grass, private lounge areas and its own cafe, The Lawn Club really is impressive. I’ve never seen anything like this on a cruise ship before and it really is just perfect. Everywhere I turned on Celebrity Silhouette I was surrounded by unique art and wall murals. It gave the ship a quirky feel and you never knew what was around each corner! What to Pack: Formal night on Celebrity has been replaced by "evening chic" in the main dining room. This means that men can ditch the full suit and tie in favor of a sport coat and collared shirt, with designer jeans. Women can wear cocktail dresses, sundresses or designer jeans or nice pants. In the buffet, almost any form of dress is allowed except swimwear, flip-flops, spa robes and bare feet. Top Tips: No need in bringing your travel adapters as the cabins have uk plug sockets. Suitable for: couples and families. Hotel/Ship Recommendations Everything. Extras/Excursions didn't do any excursions but there was a lot on offer.
  2. Amazing ship and amazing features.

Destination/Cruise Ship Ventura Overview: On-board the visually stunning Ventura, P&O have taken all the refined cruise features you’d expect and added imaginative and exciting innovations. Highlights on the Ventura include the White Room restaurant, inspired by celebrity chef Marco Pierre White, the amazing floor-to-ceiling video wall in the Metropolis bar, and the Havana Show lounge with its Latin American atmosphere and salsa dancing. Of course, there’s also a superb spa and spacious sundecks for those who enjoy cruising at a more leisurely pace. Add in four great pools, five dedicated kids’ areas and superb shopping Things to see: The Glass house bar was amazing. With the italian feeling and Trees throughout this bar makes you feel like you are on a street in Rome. The Kids clubs are full of activities and games for all ages. The Waterside buffet is a must. Pour your own Wine machines are a fantastic touch to this ship. What to Pack: This ship is a casual ship with select formal evenings, so find out how many formal nights and pack your tuxedo and ball gown as it is mainly formal throughout the ship. No need for travel adapters as you have uk plug system on the ship. Top Tips: get the children registered on the first day of arriving on the ship. Suitable for: Families and couples. This is such a family orientated ship. Hotel/Ship Recommendations I would recommend this to everyone. I have booked for 2018 for my family. Extras/Excursions didn't go on any however had a full array of choices.
  3. Disney Magic

I had an amazing time on the Disney magic. The ship brought you the magic of Disney as soon as you step on board. It was frozen themed the day we stepped on board and everything from the decorations to the food menus all incorporated this. The Food on board was amazing and the attention to detail was awesome. The areas for the children to play were stunning. the detail and fun created was great. All disney fans adults and children would love this. You get to go in Andy's room out of Toy story or you can turn into Iron man with Disney's tech screen. Teenagers also have an area to hang out and play arcade games and all the latest computer consoles. Lots of pools and slides on board the ship and a splash zone for the toddlers. And around each pool are food stations and bars. The spa was stunning. it is definitely the place to relax. With their couples treatment room with balcony and hot tub included looking out at sea is the perfect memory to make while the kids are away playing in one of the many kids play areas. We managed to sneak in to see the rehearsals for tangled the musical which gets performed on the Disney Ships before they then go to the West end. The shows will make you and your family believe you are actually in the disney shows. The bibbidi bobbidi boutique is something every child needs to do. The are met by the 3 fairy godmothers from Sleeping beauty where they take the measurements of children and get them to choose their outfit. The Girls can get their princess dress on and then get their hair and makeup done before turning into a real life princess for the rest of their cruise. For the adults there is an adults only section where you can relax and have a drink and watch the football in their Irish bar or go to the nightclub. An amazing ship and something my family will be going on.
  4. relaxed

This ship was a very relaxed feel about it and was very friendly. I found my cabin to have all the facilities that i needed. The kids club was a great place for my daughter with its own cinema screen and whale slide she had lots of fun in their. The theatre wasn't large but made the shows much more personal and you are able to get waiter service throughout the show.
