South Africa Disaster

I had submitted a complaint to Barrhead Travels customer services department 35 days ago and still have not had one word back from the company except a short note advising me my complaint had been received and to allow them 28 days to investigate the matter.  My husband an I spent nearly £6000 on a dream holiday only for Liam Hunt in Gyle Centre Edinburgh make colossal mistakes with our booking, ranging from booking wrong hotels, loosing time on safari because we were in the wrong place, to not investigating travel times between destinations, which turned out to be impossible to manage.  This resulted in major stress for myself and my husband, so much so that we returned home 5 days early stressed to death.  We are now passing complaint to ABTA .
